Delivery Policy:

U.S. orders must be received before 11:00 AM, Mon - Sat in the recipient's time zone to ensure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.

International orders may require at least 72 hours in advance.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Please note -- We may have to delay deliveries under extreme weather conditions.


To accommodate delivery times, we offer four different delivery options during checkout:

Normal delivery:

Your order will be delivered sometime during the day on the delivery date provided. The order must be placed by 11:00AM, if for same day delivery.

AM delivery:

Your order will be delivered by noon on the delivery date provided. The order must be placed by 9:00 AM, if for same day delivery.

Express delivery:

Your order will be delivered within an hour window during the business hours. Please specify this time window in the Delivery Instructions section. The order must be placed 3 hours prior to the delivery hour window, if for same day delivery.

Pick up:

If you select this option, simply type your pick up instructions into the "Delivery Instructions" box during checkout. Example: Pick up at 2:00 PM.


What happens if no one is at recipient's address to accept the order?

When placing the order, provide recipient's day time address during checkout. This is the best way to handle your order.


If no one is there to receive the delivery, this is what we will do:

We will leave your order with a neighbor, place a tag message at a visible place, and leave a phone message referring them to the neighbor who accepted for them. From our past experiences, we think the neighbor is the best place to leave your order. For an apartment complex, your order will be delivered at the leasing office.

If no neighbor is available, we will leave your order in a covered area such as porch or other entrance, place a tag message at a visible place, and leave a phone message referring them to the place where the order was left for them.

If we do not find a place where we feel comfortable about leaving your order, we will leave a pick up tag message at a visible place, and leave a phone message with pick up instructions.

For hospital deliveries, your order will be delivered according to that facility's policy and procedures. Most hospitals do not allow florists into individual rooms. Many ICU patients are not permitted to receive deliveries. In this case, we will do our best to contact family member waiting in the waiting area.

For sympathy deliveries at funeral home or church, we will call the facility and do our best to deliver before servicing times.

Substitution Policy:

We make every effort to deliver what you have ordered. But some flowers, containers, balloons, plush animals and/or plants may not be available at some recipient locations during certain time of the year.


Therefore, substitutions may be necessary to create your selected art.


In this case, we will make sure that we use the flowers, containers, balloons, plush animals and plants of equal value to produce same color scheme and style.

Refund policy:

If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement, the recipient should contact us directly. In almost every case, we will gladly replace the arrangement. To request a replacement, Providence Florist must be contacted within 24 hours of the delivery.


Bear in mind that flowers are perishable. Proper care is required. No refunds will be made. No replacements will be made for any order should the recipient or sender not notify us within 1 day of the original delivery date. It is the responsibility of the sender to review all of the information provided on this website relating to replacements.
